Meet The Team (and the new guy): Shaun Rosenstein

Crowd Factory is growing by leaps and bounds!  There is a tremendous amount of buzz and noise in social media analytics today.  Everything from how to understand it as a user to how companies communicate to customers.  To help manage the noise we welcomed a new team member last week, Shaun Rosenstein!

shaunEveryone who works at Crowd Factory has a different personality and one of the advantages of working here is we all REALLY work well together – no ego, no agenda, pure focus.  Now for the fun part….here are 10 Things You Would Never Know About Shaun and then the goods, a little bio:

Top 10 Things You Don’t Know About Shaun

  1. Pescetarian (not a religion)
  2. Loves low-brow/pop-surrealism art
  3. Fancies himself an amateur cook
  4. Will not eat blue cheese or mustard
  5. Used to do Taekwondo (broke boards!), travelled to Arkansas to compete
  6. Almost received junior lifeguard certification (did not master the butterfly stroke)
  7. Had magic lessons as a kid & wowed school talent shows in top hat and cape)
  8. Had his entire face painted green to play a frog king in a childhood play
  9. Always leaves at least $50 lighter after walking into a bookstore
  10. Thinks augmented reality applications are awesome

Our newest addition to the team is Shaun Rosenstein as our SMB rep.  Shaun comes to us from a professional background in the digital space (starting an online newspaper after NYU and evolving into digital advertising solution sales) and a personal background in online social games (old-school text based MUDs back in the day through Bejeweled Blitz today).

Most recently, he has been selling customer acquisition and lead generation solutions to nationwide and international companies on a CPM, CPC, CPA (and any other CP(x)) basis.  As a consummate problem solver, the need of a social solution for the marketers he was speaking with daily led him to Crowd Factory’s unique social media ROI platform.

In his spare time, he can be found perusing the farmer’s market at the Ferry Building on Saturdays (posting pictures to Facebook of fresh produce, and then after shots following his amateur cooking exploits), playing Bejeweled Blitz for (what he swears was only 10 minutes) hours at a time, and tweeting at @Prescovery.
