As the Crowd Factory family grows so do the stories.  It has been an explosive time for social media ROI and social media marketing – from big brands to the agency world.

The team here in San Francisco is a very cool mix of fun, creative, smart and yes, even a little goofy.  The VP of Sales here at Crowd Factory is Diane Updyke.  The blessing and curse of her job right now is she is pretty busy, so busy in fact when we asked for her “10 things you wouldn’t know about Diane….” she looked at us and said: “10 is too many as I’m an open book.  Here are 5.”  So below are the 5 from her and after that 5 from us.

5 things you would never know about Diane

1. I lived in Denmark

2. I was on an athletic scholarship in college (have to guess for what)

3. I’ve been married for 20 years to someone I met in high school

4. I paint – sometimes.  It’s the only I do where I love the process and am not so bought in to the result

5. My favorite candy is salted caramels

Now our favorite 5 things about Diane:

6. Diane has a wicked sense of humor and can always make you laugh.

7. She commutes more than 2 hours a day to reach the Crowd Factory offices.

8. She is from Dallas, but her football loyalty lies in Pittsburgh.

9. Chocolate is a good form of bribery.

10. If you ever have a meeting with Diane, a café is better than the board room to chat.
